How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments via our website by credit / debit card, or Paypal. Please note, you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit / debit card.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
If the product you want is currently out of stock, you can sign up to be notified as soon as the product becomes available.
You don't stock an item that I'm looking for. Can you get it in for me?
Yes, subject to availability. Depending on the product, we may ask for a deposit prior to ordering.
Can I add items to an order once it has been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can add any additional items to your order before it's dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address once an order has been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can amend the delivery address before the order is posted out.
Can I cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as you can. If the order has not been dispatched we will cancel and refund the order. If it has already been dispatchd, you will need to return the unwanted items to us prior to any refund.

Can I pay in my own currency?
We are based in the UK so all payments are taken in Pounds Sterling. Orders taken for delivery outside of the UK will be charged in Pounds Sterling. Your credit / debit card company will convert the amount into your local currency.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
Please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a package missing until 10 days after it was posted.
My order is incomplete / incorrect.
Any shortages or problems with your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving it.
What are Dye Lots?
During the manufacturing process, yarn is usually dyed in batches which are treated with dye at the same time in the same vat. Each batch is given a unique reference number, known as dye lots. Minor differences in temperature and dying time may affect the shade of the colour of the finished yarn. To ensure a consistent colour in a finished project, it is advisable to use yarn that comes from the same dye lot.
Why does my ball of yarn have a knot in it?
Occassionally, you may find a join / knot in your ball of yarn. Ths does not mean the yarn is faulty. If your particular ball of yarn has an excessive number of joins / knots, then please contact us and we will do our best to replace it for you. Please note that all yarn supplied by us is grade A stock direct from the manufacturers.
You're a small business compared to other bigger names on the internet. Can I order with confidence?
Absolutely. We may be small, but we care just as much. Once your order is placed, you can be guaranteed of a quick turnaround. You have the option of receiving your order by 1st or 2nd class post. Any aftersales queries will be handled promptly and professionally by our Customer Care team.
