ONLINE PAYMENTS

All our online payments are accepted through Nochex secure online payment solution. Don't worry if you don't have a Nochex account, you can pay with any debit or credit card securely through their processing system.


DELIVERY

We aim to process your order within 7 working days of receipt whenever possible. UK orders are sent by first class post. Overseas orders are sent by Airmail.

We believe in offering a fair postage system and therefore do not charge a fixed rate.

POSTAGE RATES UK

All delieveries to the UK will be made using Royal Mail Packet Post or Parcel Post.  The prices used are in accordance with Royal Mails current pricing structure dependant on the weight of you parcel.  For more information visit the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com

All orders over £100 will be sent carriage paid.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

We make every effort to keep as much as possible in stock at any time. However, if your item is not in stock we will order it in for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

RETURNS

We realise that judging colours on a computer screen is not always easy. If you find you are not happy with your order we will exchange it or give a full refund if it is returned to us unused and in a resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Clearance lines, special offers, sales lines and the like are non returnable.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We do our very best to make sure that all information and prices on this website are true and accurate. However, in the unfortunate event of a mistake occurring we will not be held to honour the contract and neither will the customer.
